Delete Account Policy

SECTION 2 - Account Deletion
a. **User's Right to Delete Account**: You have the right to delete your account at any time. To request account deletion, contact our customer support team at anthonygonzalez5991@gmail.com. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

b. **Data Retention**: Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active systems. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons.

c. **Deletion Process**: After requesting account deletion, we will verify your identity and proceed with the deletion process. This process may take a few days to complete.

SECTION 3 - Account Reinstatement
Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, you will not be able to reinstate your account or recover any associated data. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.

SECTION 4 - Impact of Account Deletion
Upon account deletion, you will lose access to all account-related information, including purchase history, custom PC configurations, and saved preferences. Any ongoing orders or subscriptions will be automatically canceled. Please note that some information may be retained in our backups or archives for legal and compliance purposes. However, this information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 5 - Termination by PowerBuild PC
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or illegal activity.
